Products that support returns

  • Unopened and unused products , with their security seal intact and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have manufacturing defects.
  • Orders delivered with product errors.

In these cases, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law 24.240.

Products that cannot be returned

  • Cosmetics that have been opened, used, or tested.
  • Products without original packaging or with alterations in their presentation.
  • Products purchased in final clearance promotions, except for manufacturing defects.

Refunds

  • Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used.
  • The accreditation period can vary between 5 and 10 business days depending on the bank.


Changes

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received an incorrect order, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

2. Photo of the product received.
3. Brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
