1. Terms and Conditions
Company identity: The products marketed on this site are offered by Cuarzo SAS, CUIT 30-71874807-7, with registered office at FINCA EL RECREO, National Route 40, Cafayate (4427), Province of Salta, Argentina.
Purpose: to regulate the use of the website www.vitavigne.com.ar and the purchase of cosmetic products and supplements offered under the VitaVigne brand.
Users: any person over 18 years of age who accesses or makes a purchase on the site.
Intellectual property: Images, text, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Cuarzo SAS – VitaVigne. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, Mercado Pago, and bank transfers.
Jurisdiction: For any dispute, the user and Cuarzo SAS agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Province of Salta, Argentine Republic, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
2. Privacy Policy
Data protection: Cuarzo SAS complies with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Data collected: name, email, address, phone number, and payment information.
Use: order processing, customer contact, sending news (if authorized by the user).
Security: Information is stored on secure servers and will not be shared with third parties except for logistics, payment methods, and legal requirements.
User rights: You may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data by contacting info@vitavigne.com.
3. Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping:
- Coverage: all of Argentina.

Deadlines:
- CABA: 2 to 3 business days.
- GBA: 2 to 4 business days.
- AMBA and the rest of the country: 5 to 7 business days.
- CABA: 2 to 3 business days.
- Costs: automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
Returns and right of withdrawal:
- Pursuant to Law 24.240, the consumer may revoke the purchase within 10 calendar days after delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for products in their original packaging, unopened, and with the security seal intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened or used products are not accepted.
- In the event of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, VitaVigne will assume the cost of the return and replace the product free of charge.
Refunds:
- They will be processed using the same payment method used, within 10 business days after the refund is validated.
Changes:
- They will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or product errors.
Procedure :
To request returns or exchanges, the customer must write to info@vitavigne.com indicating:
1. Purchase order number.
2. Photo of the product received.
3. Reason for return or exchange.
Our team will respond within 48 business hours to coordinate the management.
